The vibrating screen works by using the reciprocating rotary vibration generated by the vibrator excitation. The vibrating screen generally has two layers, three layers and four layers of vibrating screen, all of which are called multi-layer vibrating screen. Many people also call it a stone sieve or a sand sieve.

Working principle

The working process of the multi-layer vibrating screen is mainly based on the principle of vibration. The motor and the V-belt drive the exciter to rotate, and the exciter causes the vibration box to vibrate. After falling through the screen, there are generally multi-layer screens, and the sand and gravel materials are screened layer by layer and finally screened into finished sand and gravel materials of various sizes and sizes. According to the different exciters, it can be divided into YZK series circular vibrating screen and S5X series circular vibrating screen. The 3-layer vibrating screen has 3-layer screens that can screen out four kinds of stones of different sizes. The material screened out by the top layer is very large and needs to be returned to the crusher for re-crushing. The second and third layers can screen out stones, such as 13 stones, 24 pebbles, coarse sand and fine sand have screens of different fineness. The fourth layer is the last layer, which sieves out the sand.
