The project is located in Australia. A customer from a local company needs to purchase a 200t/h coal gangue crushing and processing production line. The customer does not have high requirements for equipment, as long as the price is affordable, the output is high, and you can use it without worry. Our company After understanding the customer's needs and synthesizing the local actual operating environment, the engineer planned and designed an economical and stable coal gangue production equipment for the customer, but the actual investment was lower than expected, and the customer was very satisfied.
Process flow
The production line has less equipment configuration, simplifies the production process, and is easy to operate. The specific production process is as follows:
First, adjust the discharge granularity of the impact crusher. When the material enters the plate hammer operation area of the impact crusher, the plate hammer will impact and crush the material through high-speed operation, and then bounce back to the impact plate on the rotor to strike again. After removing the material, after screening, the qualified coal gangue is directly used, and the unqualified coal gangue is returned to continue the crushing treatment until it reaches 30mm or less.

1. Less investment: The main machine of the production line adopts an impact crusher, which can directly crush the coal gangue without other crushing equipment, reducing equipment investment.
