Working principle
When the PXJ fine crusher is working, the material enters the cavity from the feeding port in turn, and falls on the high-speed rotating movable hammer head. After the action between the hammer and the counterattack plate, the material is initially crushed. After the material has been repeatedly hammered and counterattacked with high frequency, it will accumulate on the middle partition plate, slide down, fall on the material throwing plate of the high-speed rotating lower rotor, and be thrown to the counterattack plate at high speed to collide, fall and pass through. The mobile blow hammer is forced to counterattack, crush and grind. The ultra-fine effect is achieved after the material has undergone multiple composite crushing, scouring and grinding, and then discharged through the discharge port.
