Introduce

Working principle
The structure of rotary kiln is mainly composed of kiln body, gear, supporting roller, cooling cylinder, gearbox, coal injection pipe, driving device, motor and so on. When the rotary kiln is installed, it is inclined by 3-3.5%. The material enters the kiln body from the kiln head. With the rotation of the rotary kiln body, the material slowly passes through the kiln body. into the cooling system. The kiln head of the rotary kiln is equipped with combustion equipment to supply heat for the rotary kiln, and the cooling cylinder is installed at the end of the kiln to cool the discharged material.
