Introduce
Magnetic separator is a device that uses magnetic rollers to separate iron or remove iron from ore. It is suitable for iron removal of coal, rock and various non-metallic ores. The magnetic separators produced by Zhengzhou Shibo manufacturers have different types of magnetic separation, such as downstream, countercurrent, and semi-countercurrent, which are easy to operate and can meet the needs of many ore beneficiation.
Working principle
After the pulp enters the tank body of the magnetic separator, the magnetic roller rotates. During the rotation, the non-magnetic minerals fall to the bottom of the tank body. The magnetic minerals are adsorbed to the magnetic roller according to the principle of the magnetic pole, and the concentrate rotates with the magnetic roller until the magnetic system is weak. The ore dressing tank is flushed out of the beneficiation tank under the action of flushing by the spray device and discharged to the concentrate pile.
Application field
The selection of special ores such as hematite, magnetite and lean iron ore can improve the quality of concentrates.
It can be used for tailings recovery, to recover iron ore in tailings, and to improve resource reuse.
Iron removal, impurity removal and purification in ceramics, refractories, coal and other industries.
